Returns & Exchanges

Cradles & All is committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in its original condition and box, for a refund, store credit or exchange, within 14 days of receipt. All returns do require a Return Authorization Number which can be obtained by calling 1-630-232-9780 or emailing us. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number which is valid for 10 business days. Once your return has been received we will issue you a credit.If we receive a return without the Return Authorization Number, or after the 10 business days, or if we find that the merchandise is not in its original condition, the merchandise will be sent back to you at your expense.

Guidelines

  • All close out, clearance, hand painted, custom, personalized, or other "made to order" items are not returnable. If you wish to cancel a custom order, you may do so in writing within 2 days of your original order.
  • Car seats and strollers cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All unopened merchandise in its original packaging will be credited 100% of the purchase price, less actual shipping and handling charges.
  • All opened or used items cannot be returned via mail and must be brought to Cradles &All. Any opened items which have not been used will be charged a restocking fee of up to 25% plus shipping and handling charges.
  • Sale items are final.

Defective, Damaged or Missing Items

Shipping & Handling

Sales tax will be calculated on state and local tax rates for the shipping address. Out of state shipping addresses will not be charged sales tax.

Most items will ship within 7-14 days. We will ship via UPS or the US Post Office. Many items will ship sooner depending on availability and credit card verification. Custom orders may take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery. Holiday availability can also affect shipping times.

We will contact you with a follow-up email if, for some reason, the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package if available.

If you decide to refuse any shipments from Cradles & All, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you that are incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package to Cradles & All. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. If you make special arrangements or alter the original shipping date on your own through any carrier you run the risk of being unable to return the merchandise for a full refund.

Additional Shipping Information
Standard Ground Shipping and Handling: Delivery of in stock items normally takes 5 to 10 business days from receipt of order. Orders may be shipped in multiple boxes, depending on availability and therefore may arrive separately. Oversized Items such as Rugs, and items that fit in an oversized box (as defined by UPS and USPS) will incur an additional surcharge. Packages sent to P.O. boxes will be sent via the US Postal Service Priority Mail Delivery.

Rush Delivery
In-stock items can be shipped by rush delivery service via UPS, or Express Mail from the US Postal Service. Surcharges will apply in these cases and will be in addition to our regular charges Listed in the table below. In order to process orders for rush delivery, the order must be received before 3:00PM (EST). Ordering Rush Delivery does not guarantee a shipping date just the shipping method used to deliver your package. Weekend delivery is also available for an additional charge. If your delivery will need an exact delivery date please call our customer service department with the exact details to ensure your delivery requirements are met.

Furniture Delivery
Cradles & All offers convenient delivery service. Furniture, because of its size and weight, will only be shipped by motor freight to points within the continental United States. Please discuss any special delivery requirements or circumstances with your Cradles & All Customer Service Representative. Most furniture and heavy items can be delivered by our delivery service, the item is brought into your home, unpacked and positioned in the room of your choosing. In addition; we will remove any crating or packaging material from the home. Delivery is by appointment only, Monday - Friday and we will call to arrange a day and time convenient to your schedule. Please call your Cradles & All Customer Service Representative for an exact price and to inform us of any special circumstances or requirements.  

Sales Tax

Items shipped within the state of Illinios will be charged a sales tax rate of 7.5%.

We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties.

When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.

We encourage you to sign-up for our e-mailing list. These letters provide you with advanced notice of store sales, new merchandise, and other store-related events. But, of course, you have the freedom to add or remove your name from our list at any time.

To proceed to checkout, you must enter your e-mail address and create a password. The checkout process itself employs Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)* technology to insure your safety.

*Secure Sockets Layer encrypts your order information and sends it to a secure server, making it impossible for that information to be decoded by a party outside of the store you shop with.

Furthermore, only our store will have your information; other members of the Modern Retail community will not have access to your information unless you decide to shop with them.

To check the security of your connection during checkout, look for the unbroken key or closed lock at the bottom of your browser window. This indicates SSL is active.

Shopping Online

To add an item to your bag, simply click the add to bag button next to it. (Items you put in your bag will not be bought by you until you have completed the checkout process.)

To remove an item from your bag, simply click the remove link next to the item you wish to discard.

To view what is in your bag at any time, click the "shoppingBag" link in the page header.

To purchase what you've selected, click on your shoppingBag and click "checkout". Follow the three simple steps to purchase your items.

Once we have confirmed your order, an account for you is automatically established for the Modern Retail community of stores.

To access your account in the future, click the "myAccount" button in the header of any page and enter the e-mail address and password you created at checkout.  (If you have not been through checkout, but would like to create an account, simply click on my account and follow the steps to create a new account.)
